Monday Update

Quickly checking in about my Monday weigh-in before I start work.

I weighed in this morning at 224 lbs. That's a 1.6 lb loss since last week. The progress continues to happen at a snail's pace, but I am happy nonetheless.

Will check in later re: food/exercise.

That's awesome! Remember, snail's pace is good--it's more sustainable that way. Hope you're having a good day!
